Bits and bobs

There's only so many photos one can edit in a day, anymore and your head begins to swim a bit.
I must've edited over a 100 photos and probably tomorrow so shall blog now that I'm not concentrating on drawing for a while there'll be a few things I'll be doing the rest couple months, viz., writing.
All sorts of writing.

The kind of writing that comes with sitting your ass on a chair and thinking thoughtful thoughts to the point your brains cells galvanize and begin churning out all sorts of ideas, regretfully mostly retarded ones, by once the idiotic ones are over the few intelligent at least seemingly intelligent at that moment come forth.

The problem with hindsight is that it makes everything creative or erudite from the past look like cockeyed idiocy and wincing is thence the only option.

What now?
Why dinner of course.
I'm forgoing with making rice because I think I've eaten too much rice this weekend as part of special dishes that are mostly if not always eaten with rice and so today shall be a no rice dinner night.

Hearing a soft knock I've just realized that my new neighbours have finally completely moved in. This process had been in the works for a few days and now they're here for good.
One of their sons is studying astrophysics as the sweet woman kindly told me and on knowing my heritage she assumed I must be a mathematical stalwart.
I didn't wish to dissuade her commonly known stereotyped image of Indians, and of course being able to immediately convert °F to °C only helped cement that fact while helping her sort out her house thermometer settings.
Ah well, what can one say.
There are a few stereotypes I can live with.

The cat is rampant today.
He's been out and about and I've not the slightest clue where he hid himself during the afternoon rains, talking of which, I didn't realize that I'd left the widows open and a couple hours later when I emerged from my study I saw that the living room floors had been attacked with a volley of torrential rains, sieving through the wire mesh and successfully created a wading pool of sorts in some places.

Right then, dinner!
