Lots of so many things

Friday!
It came in a little late.
This week felt a tad bit longer than last.
It's cold, it's raining and my tea was spicier than ever, more gingery, sweet enough and large mug of it.
There is a study that recently came out about how pairing carbs with caffeine before workout can help with better energy and though I don't think tea has nearly as much caffeine as coffee, I feel it's enough and I do carb up a bit pre workout, what with the bananas and toasts to fuel me just right. I wishfully think so.

What was I saying?
Yes, that it's damp, cold and it's a Friday!
Something about weekends makes me not want to be home at all.
Hah!!
Why do I feel like going out for lunch after workout?
But that won't happen because I already have a meal plan of leftovers ready.

Today is going to be a bit of a lot.
There's a whole lot of editing to be done.
Ugh it's cold and I've to change into my workout gear and get on with it.
Today is lower body strength and some balancing workout.

The cats are all asleep in my bed which hasn't been made yet because I've to change the bedding anyways so why not let my little babies enjoy themselves this morning.

Yes there are plenty chores as well and I've to get on with my day as one should.
Sighs!
