One of my favourite things to eat these days.
Something about the crunchy exterior and it's spongy sort of interior that's feels a bit like a bread like custard. I think it's the good vanilla and rum that these babies reek of which makes me greedy for them.
It's hard to find really good ones but When and if you do it's near impossible to stop eating them.
I've never baked one, not sure I can because they're a bit complicated seeing how you've to paint the mould with beeswax and what not before pouring in the batter for baking .
I do not know the exact intricacies of making this but there's a trick to how the exterior gets so caramelised and crunchy.
