Yum

Lunch is my weight in vegetables with eggs and salmon with a slice of bread. 
The salad is dressed in a delicious yogurt sauce, a recipe which I've grown to tweak and love. 
There's so much more leafage than shown in the picture which I think I'll have at night as a side with dinner. 
This is so filling, so voluminous and low in calories. 
Also there's a pear and orange smoothie to go with.
