Neighbourly duties

Up until now I was lucky to not have any neighbours below. Lucky because I could jump and workout and thump about the floors with nary a worry and now, sobs there's people moving in, which means I've to be cautious about making noise because believe it nor not but someone called the police because the neighbours upstairs were too noisy.
It happened here in front of me and though the police was wise enough to leave with a gentle word of caution to both parties regarding neighbourly love and getting their problems sorted without involving the police for such trivial matters; the point is people tend to be idiotic and irrationally driven and anything might trigger them into being assholes and is it's up to us to be tread cautiously.
A word before my workouts would be in order I believe.
