Ghastly business having a conscience and I'm all about clean dealings nowadays, even though it's not always easy. Practise I think makes perfect. The point is to brainwash the guilt into believing otherwise. The moment it forgets it's at fault is when you've perfected the art of lying to yourself.
Self persuasion and constant insistence is the key my darling.
