Something to be said about the thick velvety richness of a hot chocolate well made, and that too diary free. Doesn't sound like fun but when you've the full bodied opulence of good cacao, a punch of vanilla laced sugar and warm almond milk thickened with a smidgen of corn starch, then you have what is in essence a near replica of a decadent (yet modest) hot chocolate.
