Brunched

Today is labour day which means it's an off day for me because I'm not labouring inside the house for nothing and so I feasted on something Saturday appropriate. Spectacular and naughty, delicious and filling. 

Here is a burger stabbed with a couple crumbed chilies sandwiching a sausage, a medium rare beef patty, cheese slice and relish and veg. Served with a side of salad, some Parmesan truffle fries..and I had so much fun eating it!! not least because it's not something I indulge in much, and also because I do adore such meals which flow into the brunch category. 

Did I tell you I'm an absolute brunch gal! Yes I am, and more so when the spread is large with lots of elements and things on the sides and coffee and conversation. 

Added bonus was the weather and finally! This time of early summers make sitting outside so much fun! 

It's a short phase, this moment won't last long because it will soon get hot, but for now I want to breathe and slowly exhale.
