It's Monday which ordinarily means intense cardio but I'm starting this week with upper body strength because my heel feels a bit tender and is making my knee achy.
But that's fine.
An hour long upper body is just what the doctor ordered.
If anything I'm sure it'll get me sweating even though the weather is quite cool today.
After lunch I have some errands to run and have to be off to a place somewhat far from home.
Here's hoping things get done in time and I'm home by evening because damn! Who likes working on Monday?!
