It's the oddest things sometimes that can get on your nerves.
Today it was plating!
I had made a spicy South Indian style seafood roast and rice and by the heavens, it took me four different plates to get it almost right and even now I don't know if I'm very happy with the results.
I'll know it once I start editing those pics but it got on my nerves how I spent almost 2 hours just trying to figure out the plating for it.
It's a tedious process this, clicking pictures and wanting them exactly the way they've turned up in your head because translating your imagination on a table is tricky. I shifted between 4 different plates today and my kitchen was a mess I tell you by the time I was finished.
Right then.
Today had gone whooshing past and it's time for dinner prep already.
Ugh!!
