Let us eat cake

This here is a Japanese style cheesecake which I bought en route homewards after a short bit of bankjob.
It comes in two sizes and I bought the one which is probably cheesecake for one that I'm going to eat for the next few days since it's too indulgent to eat at one go.
The basic difference between this cake and a conventional biscuit based cheesecake is that obviously it lacks a biscuit base but also it's not too sweet in a way that can be palette cloying and it doesn't have any added flavours and it's not dense at all. In fact it's rather like cotton that has been fluffed up into a certain cheesy creaminess.
It's a mellow and fluffy clean flavoured cake that isn't extrapolated by frills and perhaps that's the reason I absolutely love it.
