The weather displayed this morning as the alarm clock woke me up with a smug good day said it would be a pleasant 26°C outside .
That was nice I thought, and I stepped out of my cool room to face the realities and my entire house felt stifling despite all the open windows and I felt a gush of hot air ride in.
The thermometer displayed a not so pleasant 32° inside the house.
But of course one likes to check these things out themselves and by the time I stepped out to take the trash around 7:00 am it was incandescent white and stupid hot!
Weather apps can feel particularly motivated some days.
On with today, that is Friday and thank god for that.

I began writing this post early morn and it's just now past 17 minutes 1 in the afternoon that I'm a bit to click send.
