Why god why?

To think today was going to be a simple Friday night. Dinner, tv, sleep, except it turned into a paraphernalia of events which included going to an izakaya and eating fried things and alcohol.
Though I didn't have much to drink I'm sad to admit that of food I had plenty. From skewered chicken to fried salad to shrimp tempura to sweet mystery meat and rice that was too sweet for my palate.
So needless to say, it has been a lot of sweet and fried today and I'm wondering how am I going to compensate for all this?
I mean I went out looking thin and came back fat.
I mean I'm looking at extra 500 calories that were needlessly consumed.
Gods I feel guilty.
Looks like I'll have to start a bit of intermittent myself, though I end up doing light IF daily 14:10, might be I'll have to up it a notch.
Gah, I'm upset with myself.

Uh..Shoulda, woulda, coulda

Tomorrow I'll be a better person and exercise restrain as well as exercise.
