Contrary to my burgeoning beliefs in being an early riser, something I manage almost 90% of the times I woke up late today.
Not least because I'd turned off my alarm but because I have a long day ahead of me and no point getting fatigued by the time I reach the airport.
The flight is at a ghastly 1:30am and is going to be an extremely long night, seeing how I'm going to gain an entire day on reaching there.
This is the closest I get to time travel.
Right, so what's on the agenda?
Music. Today or at least the afternoon is dedicated to putting new music on my headphones and charging all the gadgets and right now I'm contemplating a good workout, one that's going to boost my energy and make me feel good.
I don't think HIIT is the way to go today.
Maybe some abs and obliques with a good measure of lower body strength and Pilates combined with yogic stretches, seeing how I'll be flying for 9 straight hours and then 5 more I need blood flowing in my body like the Indus.
Reading material? I have Malazan Series and currently on midnight tides which should hopefully be over if I get too bored in flight and don't sleep and keep reading but that's not going to happen, but even so I'm half the book in and i don't see why I needs stop.
Right..so onwards and upwards as they say.
