Correct ways to be

Why is it that one can freely talk about how they love someone/something but never freely admit whether they hate someone/something and not get bashed about it?
If you're free to love you're free to hate. I'm not talking about hate speech here, not talking about inciting violence, but just admitting an emotion that's as normal as love..but no because then you're an intolerant insufferable crappy human being who deserves no respect, no dignity and certainly no rights to exist

I no longer subscribe to these ideas anymore.
Can one not express themselves without the added stress of getting picked on by people who passively express the same emotion, projecting them in different ways.
Basically bullying someone into believing otherwise is okay but admitting dislike isn't.

I'm needlessly angry about these things and why not?
