It's 3:18PM and I am just having lunch because I've been busy clicking pictures and doing stuff and lunch took a back seat.
This is most unlike me but today got delayed every way.
I could have easily had lunch and then clicked pics but the weather began feeling like it was beginning to darken and I panicked. Of course nothing happened!! The weather is sunny again and ugh!
But alright.
Right then!! The lunch is delicious baked salmon marinaded in white miso and pepper with a side of roasted veg that were for the pictures.
