Pasta mistah

I got late to cook dinner and uh..made some pasta. Am I proud?
Not in the least because pasta as a meal is something I reserve for lazy weekends and not weekdays, but to make up for this folly I went heaps nutritious with the sauce.
Plenty of mushrooms, spinach and creamy avocado that made a deliciously thick base for my Tuesday travesty of a dinner.
Not that there's anything wrong with pasta, just that I feel a bit guilty about eating it on weekdays.
