Weighty issues

Big ugly weights are a big bye bye for me.
Having changed my workout routine and thusly giving up unsightly weights for much cuter dumbbells.
I'm concentrating more on total body toning and fat burn, HIIT, and cardios and there's no space in my life for big weights anymore.
I'd been doing some strength training combined with cardio earlier and after a bit I realized how it didn't work for me.

Neither did a lot of running, when in fact I loved running, but the results didn't work for me. Somehow it left me too fatigued even though I tried many a permutation combinations of diets with it.
Also it'd started triggering migraines for me, that usually come about when body is low on fluids etc, but that probably wasn't the reason.
After battling many a weeks of pounding aches I came to the conclusion that running is not doing it for me anymore, which is when I changed my workout.
Also discarded with it was weights and the added cardio that I usually fused with weights, a sort of weights aerobics if you please.
Again, I didn't like how my body responded to it.

Now my workouts don't stretch for longer than 40 minutes, 4 times a week. Some low impact, some boot camp and some short bursts of high impact with full recovery and long stretches post workout.

This is a positive change and I feel it in my body and the improvements are visible too.( at least to my eyes)
Yes I feel tired and dead but the fatigue doesn't stay. I feel lighter on my feet and there's noticeably increased flexibility as well.
I rather prefer the leaner look than a well built muscles version, and somehow my body immediately starts forming muscular structure and that I'm not too fond of.

So currently I'm on an endorphin high, and happy with it. Let's see what adjustments I might have to inculcate in case my body needs another dose of modification.
