Right then today!
I have been busy.
And interesting things by way of surprising finds to report .
The oddest thing happened while watching a new Netflix series.
I began to recall a painting I had done last year.
Something about the series, some names did that déjà vu nonsense which I couldn't understand. While the series played my mind began conjuring an alternate story with similar names and it kept rankling my headspace in a most annoying manner.
Why was I remembering a still life painting from last year and why were some names so familiar in the way they kept propping out of shadowy smokes in my head.
I had to restart the damn series to catch the name and the director and that's when I read that the series was on a fantasy book written by 'Leigh Bardugo' and the name immediately brought to memory the audiobook I'd listened last year called 'the six of crows'.
Well, this series wasn't the same but it was apparently from the same universe and the main cast of characters was the same .
The name of the series is 'the shadow and bone'
It's fun in a way some fantasy series can be.

Found the neighbour's kid outside of the management office selling stuff!
What stuff?
Well, things they didn't need which included old clothes, old shoes and other knick knacks from their home.
It was most surprising because these are things people usually throw in the trash or dump in the clothes recycling bin installed in the compound.
Who the hell in this compound is going to buy used clothes and ridiculous items like Santa hat, clown cap, old jacket? And why? Like why would you want to sell this stuff?
Just put it in the clothing recycle bin.
There really isn't a used clothes buying demographic in this compound, and in fact it's not an Asian thing to do.
People only usually buy used books, but clothes? I don't think so.
Why anyone would do this sort of ridiculous garage sale is beyond me and that too in a place like this.
There was a pack of 'paw patrol cards' that perhaps I could see someone buying for their kids and that's a big maybe.
I mean I was left scratching my head.
