Not happy!
Just got back home after spending all morning and afternoon looking at houses and why is it so difficult to get what you want?!!
The best houses I saw today were only mildly better than my current one, in compounds that were not as good, and the really nice compounds that I saw with the most fantastic amenities and gyms and indoor air conditioned basketball and badminton courts and swimming pools didn't have the kind of houses I wanted and the places which met both the criteria that is the house was good and the compound was excellent were in high rises where my cats wouldn't be happy because they won't be able to go downstairs.
Is there no win win?
I returned home feeling dejected and saw how beautifully situated this compound where I currently live is. Well connected to all the important places. Bus terminals, subway stations and easily accessible areas nearby.
The compound itself extremely silent because it doesn't have too many houses and isn't crammed with people, lots of trees and overall serenity because of its distance from highways and its strategic location which is around a bend and almost hidden.
All I want is something similar but better.
Is that too difficult to ask?
