I might have not made a ruckus but I did get into some sort of a little discussion with the people at Cartier regarding why and how the fuck does a watch that cost me as much as a car would have issues within this century.
Granted it's old but it's not old enough and somehow perhaps I got to them because this morning I received a call informing me that my watch needs a complete servicing and before I could tell them that they can keep the damn watch they informed me that they'd want to do it as a complementary service including battery change and what not.
Well well well. How things start looking up.
Thank you I told them and now I feel a little better. Of course it will be 3-4 weeks before I get the watch back hit you know what? I don't mind. Not at all.
