Try as you might, its pretty impossible to improve water.
Some health nuts want to take water that bit further and turn it into detox water by adding slices of cucumbers and lemons. I mean come on. Water is pretty detoxing on its own without the need of infusing it with fruits and vegetables. I mean drinking just that instead of plain ol' water is pretty retarded.
There I said it.
This whole thing about infusion. Yeah I get it, and I know of it. I like drinking goji berries infused water to up my antioxidant intake, but honestly, it doesn't feel the same as plain water. Nothing quenches your thirst, nor makes you feel as hydrated as regular no infusion H2O.
I mean stop trying to improve on water. Infused stuff is more of a side show, drink it alongside water in hopes to up your regular aqua intake, but it's kinda stupid to think of it as water replacement to help detoxify your body.
This was just a rant.
