Afternoon and I finally find me in front of my laptop.
Today is going to be hopefully constructive, in the way that apart from regular life work I'd hope to induct in this day some real life, viz a bit of writing or drawing or both or one, not none though.
I want to get on with the audiobook which is going fantastic.
Had a big breakfast, had two in fact. Pre work out and post. Yes, I've finally shifted my work out timings to morning, before getting on with the day.
The only flipside being that if there's a change in routine and or if the routine is longer and tiring it kind of affects the day. Like my glutes are aching and my hamstring is crying, but this too shall pass.
Is it just me, or does water taste really weird after eating pineapple, because this observation was met by titters and negations when I'd put this across to someone.
Maybe it's only a few people who feel it, or perhaps might be something to do with my taste buds gone awry. except that they aren't. I've fantastically discerning taste buds that can differentiate between different kinds of chillies and spices in food.
Why is it that I feel like downing a big vat of hot chocolate? Seriously, this shouldn't be happening.
Or maybe I should. I mean why not? Just a bit of sugar innit? and I'm on no crusade against sweet things.. portion control. That's what I say and believe in.
I've not had coffee in a week and yet I've a coffee like buzz goin' on.
My fingers feel like squirrels jumping on keyboard writing what ere' I feel.
Right, so getting on with life..that I shall keep updating.
From what I know I don't think i'll be leaving my work desk this moment on.
Have had enough stressful going ons since morning.
relaxation, rejuvenation I say. and that's what I intend to do this MONDAY.
