I feel like I indulge in some lowkey unhealthy food more on weekends, especially when I've not worked out.
Right, owing to the crick in the neck I've kept off doing any lifting or weights today, in fact, I didn't' do any sort of muscle movement that did not include bringing food to my mouth. I know, I know and it gets better because I sit here, nursing some homemade hot chocolate which albeit not as unhealthy as those premix versions is still sort of sweet if not very but even so.
Sundays just don't speak to me about seared tofu's and buckwheat noodles, in fact, they're more like eating whatever the heck you want, which is exactly what I did. Right from the first dumpling to this hot chocolate and for some reason I'm ravenous today.
Ah well, there's always tomorrow for HIIT and uhh, weekdays but for now a bit of random rejoicing and juvenile jubilation in the form of some afternoon beer and roasted peanuts, which of course I roasted this morning.
