Oh well! I've gone done and fallen sick. I'd almost forgotten how horrible it felt. Thank you universe, for another lesson in humbleness.
This morning..well, I was nearly as uncomfortable as a rat at a cat convention. Only there were no life threatening menacing paws, except that of bleary eyes, a throat that felt its passageway had collapsed and it'd been in turn stapled, an acute ache in my nose, and of course fever.
The only good thing was that I didn't wake up as early, everything apart from that was pretty sad.
It's beautifully sunny outside, and so I've been sitting under the sun, letting heat play on my face and permeate my whole body while nursing a cup of hot lemon water and hating on everything and everyone.
I think I'll have to pop in a medicine after lunch.
