Have I mentioned that I'm an eater? Functioning at near 1800-2200 calories per day, I mean I need at least those many to stay normal and maintain a healthy weight, moreover my body type, metabolism and workout circuits demand I eat copious amounts..basically lean and clean which is why I eat two large meals and perhaps a small snack of dried fruits and nuts in between and that bowl of oats is indeed large, because there are a lot of oats, and because there's a lot of me, it needs to fuel and sustain. Moreover, those are overnight oats and chia seeds that swell up making it look like much too much, also there are two bananas and an apple along with peanut butter in it. So yes, it is a lot, perhaps, but nothing you can't finish and because it has both complex and simple carbs along with a salad with vegetables, they form a lot of bulk providing satiation and satiety for much longer and gods I can sometimes feel hungry, oh so hungry.
