Strange how usually during times of momentous sickness does come up with oddest sort of recipes only because the taste buds are so far gone that unless you've eaten something jolting to shock you out of your system food just feels insipid.
This recipe came to me in an apparition and I think it's just what the doctor ordered.
It's a roasted tomatoes and red pepper lentil soup, adorned with bits of tofu to boost up the protein and provide a softer texture, like mimicking eggs, only not.
Spiced to high heavens and addictive in a way that you wish food wasn't.
