Preps my dear

Because some days you just can't do lunch and some days it's nothing but.
Laying out the various accoutrements for some rice spring rolls. So we have some dipping sauce made of homemade peanut butter and sesame paste along with soy, oyster and fish sauce.
Marinating in the bowl are oyster mushrooms in soy sauce and vinegar, up top are slices of tofu in a similar marinade along with thinly sliced vegetables.
For moments when only special meals will do.
