now what?

The morning promised to be beautiful, the day a typical Tuesday, but I'm not the one complaining. It all began as it should, early wake-up, packing lunch, fixing breakfast, playing with the cat, workout and here is where it gets odd, I simply didn't feel hungry after almost 15 hours of fast and working out fasted.
Yes, it's odd, mostly illogical even, but for some reason instead of feeling ravenous to the point of eating my usual little mound of food I didn't as much as feel like even eating the usual egg whites.
Uh-oh. Thinking maybe my favourite bowl of noodle soup could enliven, invigorate my hunger, I went ahead and made a small bowl of said noodle soup, but instead, I found myself merely picking at the food, and stashing nearly all in the refrigerator.
Having only downed a large mug of soy milk+ chia seed+goji berry + strawberry+banana smoothie to sustain me I just didn't feel hungry and really a smoothie is a supplement I take instead of water along with my meal, so really it doesn't count, though today that's all that'll have to do.
I'm not alarmed, just surprised at myself. It could be the change in season that affects my appetite or could be that it's a Tuesday, but really, it's just warmer today, like the need to wear socks is nearly done with, and a thin shrug instead of a sweatshirt or denim jacket is all that one needs during the day, but I can't blame it all on the weather, Can I?
