Sickness that comes with weather change is a brute.
Rest rest and more rest.
Seize this time to restore and recuperate.
I hate the feeling of staying constantly drained with the onslaught of this sickness.
With cold and cough comes the fixed impression that someone is beating you with a sledgehammer when you're not looking.
At times like these people often say 'make the best of it' and one wonders how when you're actually stuck at the worst end of the stick.
Lying inert with little or no movement, bringing forth the gods of laziness helps, even while working that is.
Planting gadgets all around the couch or bed and staying slanted with a book can sometimes be the only way to please yourself during this absolute tormenting sickness.
Hot water helps, as does any sort of warm liquid..and tea! Ah tea feels like that ultimate salve, especially when prepared with black pepper and cloves and copious amounts of ginger.
Resting is the ket yo quick recovery however and slew I believe, though I do not usually have much luck with sleeping..but yes engage in hibernation extreme to get better..
