Picturesque tombs

Delhi is abundant with hundreds of historical sites of Indo-Islamic architecture, and Humayun Tomb is an example of getting things right.
That it's magnificent, majestic and superbly artful would be an overwhelming understatement, not least because it's imposingly grand and gloriously exquisite. Ornate, sublime and elegant.
These pictures do no justice, only because it was so fabulous that a phone camera falls short.

Pick a day, any pleasant day, armed with a camera and picnic food if you please to soak in monumental architecture..it would make for fantastic pictures and breathtaking view.
