Hmphh no!!
My waist is maybe tinier, my ass is a bit rounder? and my arms are still the same.
Obviously my workouts are working in the wrong directions, not that I'm displeased, but after doing so much strength training and arms toning I'm just surprised that my arms are almost the same as they were.
I've been aiming for leaner, more toned arms. I'm okay with the toning part but what about the leaner bit?
I guess a lot has to do with the shape of your body and thus all work outs will build muscle and tone in a way certain bodies are shaped.
What exactly is my aim though? Nothing arbitrary. I'm not asking for my weighing machine to crunch unbelievable numbers, or be rail thin with a considerable thigh gap.
As long as I'm fit, strong and building endurance I'm fine..and so I console myself.
I'll try posting pics a little more regular. Gotta click better pics though..
On side note: I'd recently invested in a magical mirror cleaner that looked like glue but once it was spread on mirrors and wiped with a soft cloth it was able to convert even the most stained mirror into a work of art.. that apparently didn't work as well as their sales pitch.
