I post this as I sit outside.
Lunch today got a bit delayed.
My workout was interrupted twice but I was determined to finish the exact circuit as planned no matter how late it got and by the time I was finished with shower it was a little after 1 afternoon.
Ah well.
Right then.
Lunch is most of yesterday's leftover salad along with this morning's leftover salad that I'd packed and a thin cheela with leftover batter from morning and a sausage and some scrambled eggs..with a side of smoothie which is mostly frozen blackberries from god knows how long living inside my freezer, half a dragon fruit and two oranges.
They were chucked into a Blender and here we are.
Yes I know it looks like a lot! And it is.
But my lord most of the food here is only steamed/baked vegetables.
