Yawn, ugh, weekday

Monday grinds are not for me.
I mean it's not that I hate Monday, it's just that I'd rather it not happen to me.

Waking up to everything that shouldn't be done in the morning viz. chores, chopping et al isn't what gets my enthusiasm bubbling over.

I'm a zombie twice over.

Agenda in a while is upper body work out because I over exerted with badminton yesterday to compensate for my lack of form regarding placements and I was lunging all over the court and it was a fair amount of lower body workout with intensive cardio.
Upper body strength it is and I am sleepy.
