I woke up craving chocolate cake.
Not the iced, frosted, thickly decorated mass produced one, neither the dense and fudgy, richly thick and brownie one either but the soft, spongy, basic unembelilshed chocolate cake that has nothing save soft cocoa flavour and a lovely springy texture.
I don't know why I've this craving but if it won't go then I'll have to make one pronto.
