I read a couple Warhammer books and somehow they seemed absolutely flat!
They were good but not enjoyable seeing how they didn't have a delicious plot nor any interesting characters that had any personality which you could stick your neck for.
But I do love their artwork but their miniature war games are oh so not my thing.
