Does it happen to you that suddenly you become conscious of yourself that maybe the last few days you've indulged more than usual and perhaps gained weight.
Do you then go back your photo from a few months back to then judge for yourself if you were thicker then or how?
Or try and remember the foods you were eating that time when you were relatively thinner than to the kind of meals you're eating now?
Do you do that?
I sometimes do..obsessively.
Thinks about my macros and get worried .
