Looks like a lot of things scattered everywhere but the pictures are focused and so a lot of surroundings don't get noticed.
The idea is to tell a story.
Today I made gluten free, vegan, super healthy, nutritious and delicious (I guess) lentil patties.
These are wholesome, healthy and meant as a nourishment food that heals you from within, seeing how it has all the essential macros and it's guilt free to boot.
So this idea of something plant based, something good for you, restorative brings about a visual that is woodsy/Khadi/ medicinal perhaps/ earthy tones with muted quality and so the picture in question should invoke that feeling wherein you want to make something just for the health benefits of that which might seem almost spiritual.
Which is why I brought together these various tones of earth with a twang of green for the herbal undertone.
