Is it because of the harsh lights?
By that logic tv actors should spend most of their lives shut eyed.
Noticed this phenomenon particularly when the news cast is questioning one of its correspondents who's supposedly standing at the scene of whatever it might be.
They ask questions and blink blink blink.
I think it's a sort of a tick they probably develop to support their questions; perhaps something to throw off the audience from their questions; to look more serious about their skin in the game; to look more intimidating?
Mayhaps I'm looking too hard into this, only that I'm not. They blink a hundred times more than the average yokel.
Whaddya think?
