A caramel custard! Also known as a flan.
It's basically a custard that gets poured over a layer of caramel which is made by heating sugar.
The custard in question is a bit more complicated which is basically sugar, milk and cream and eggs. Much like the base for an icecream.
It's almost always available in restaurants under the dessert section.
Oftentimes also called crème caramel.
