Most favoured and absolute favourite brunch recipe in my repertoire, one that I keep changing and adapting to suit my mood and hunger.
A simple jeuje up of a few ingredients and there you have it..a most glorious tuna open sandwich with a bit of baguette at the bottom and tuna salad mounded into a humped dome above.
Topped with emmental cheese and served with a gorgeous chocolate banana soy milk smoothie.
Ah, today I shall not budge..
