Ah!! Friday!
A large mug of tea and bliss.
Today I do a bit of activation for my body. Lots of long stretches and repetitive movements for limbs and glutes to get them working in a way that they need to be working after almost 2 weeks of workout hiatus.
I need to get started, get out there and become a part of my daily a schedule.
It's sunny and sweetly warm and I am in the mood to maybe go out for an afternoon walk.
