Colours today

The world is a dreary palette outside and I want a technicolour canvas by way of my lunch which is just as exuberant to look at as it is to taste, and it's a salad with asparagus and multi coloured carrots over a bed of arugula but the dressing is made with wasabi and because I was too lazy to do anything else, I have piled some avocado over a couple breads and there is of course a large jug of fruit smoothie to go with. 

It's not my usual hearty meal but it's enough for today because I've not worked out, I'm still reeling from the effects of ugh's and I'm not as hungry.
