I have been a human embodiment of black hole today and all because of lack of sleep.
I have eaten and drank and gorged through today.
Perhaps binge is the word.
Days like these are rare thankfully but when I'm exhausted, utterly dead almost, I weirdly crave for a lot of food and lots of sweet tea and coffee.
I know it's strange but it happened today and I made horrible food choices .
Well not nearly as bad as one would think.
There were no junky snacks but I snacked on dried fruits, nuts, ate dinner twice that was made of yesterday's leftovers and didn't even bother to cook dinner.
Now whoever wants to eat will have to order cuz I don't give a fuck right now.
Tonight I want to get into bed early, read and sleep and I won't be getting up early tomorrow .
