So I didn't cook what I'd thought I'd bake.
I think the oven baked fried will be done tomorrow because as I opened the fridge I realised how conducive the conditions are vis a vis the vegetables and ingredients needed to make my high protein gluten free tuna pancakes and that's exactly what I did and I'm quite happy with how the images turned out.
