I don't know what is it about the title 'the fires of vengeance' but I want to read it and not stop until it's finished.
The first book was so damn good, I mean I cannot just sit and say it was a good read because that would be such an underwhelming understatement because goddamn it! I had goosebumps and found myself shutting my eyes as if something was about to happen to me .
It was exciting, it was terrific, it was terrible in its ruthlessness and how straightforward with such a straight face the story was told, how it unfolded, the things it uncovered and now here we are, on the second book after rage of dragons.
It was a mighty read.
To think I never expected it to go this way when it started. There were these moments of full throttle acceleration that launched the reader into an eerie space, so unexpected and out of the blue at that moment that it was with some growing trepidation that I continued because I feared for what might be on the next pages.
Aces!!
