Diet fads and recipe requests

Keto is definitely the new black.

I've received a few dm's on insta asking me for quick inexpensive Keto recipes.
I mean why?
And the people asking them aren't fat, aren't gym jockeys, aren't looking at getting shredded..no! They're just looking at losing weight the Keto way?

I don't understand this fascination of apparently normal looking if slightly unfit folks going in for Keto instead of simply working out.
Is restricting diet easier than sweating?
It's not like Keto is a fun diet anyways.
Yeah you can eat butter and fat and cream and the works, but not a single little bit of carbohydrate.
No fruits, no bread, no rice.

Well, I've politely declined regarding the recipes for Keto. It's not something I'm into, nor do I recommend someone who's not extraordinarily heavy or looking at gaining muscle mass to do .

Say no to Keto.

I know health gurus and fitness motivators are probably going to lynch me for this but screw Keto! For reals.
