-the volume is set to full
-not on the silent mode
-no problems with ringers and alerts yet
-Bluetooth is disabled
-earphone plug is cleaned
-can't remove this iPhone case without breaking it. This case has run its course.
Will try to do this.
If nothing helps then I'll have to take it to an apple hospital.
