Might have been the hottest day of the century or something, and this was the one wonderous day we picked up for soaking in a bit of Thai cultural heritage?

Subtelty is obviously not a strong point. 

If it's not golden, it's very golden. Exquisitely beautiful though.

Ah, it's hot. And we've taken shelter under the shade of a random resting place, as I quickly write this down, while friend thinks it's a great idea to click me in this vulnerable state..for I'm tired, sweaty, and disheveled.

And oh, there was a dress code to attending this temple/palace. Decorious dressed. That is to say, no short sleeveless clothes.
