The faintest of meowing from an ethereal place, like the back of my head, and I wondered if it still a couple dreams knocking about in my sub conscious when I heard it again.
Too early for my furry visitor I thought. The cat rarely every claws his way through reality at this despicable morning hour, when the sun has just started to blush hard, and yet that throaty soft meow, emitted unmistakably from the sacred esophagus of Gogi Mao.
It was him, letting himself through the small slit in my open door, he entered, applied face to his small bowl of food and proceeded to jump about on my sleeping person in order to get petted. I obliged, for what else does one do when there's a ball of fur, trying to get your attention with such precious beguiling maneuvers?
I petted, he purred and once he tired of it, jumped to the floor and stretched himself to a dead rat stance and slept.
Ah well, do as you please. You're the lord and master of this house, and I'm your humble staff apparently.
Still half asleep, I try to makes sense of my dreams.
Dreams: there were two boxes of 'Dominos pizza' in my fridge, no doubt leftovers. I wondered how they got here, and when I opened one of them, there were bits of grilled capsicum emitting that unmistakably cardboard mixed with oregano token boxed pizza smell.
Amazing how I could smell it in my dream.
A couple of friends who were a couple incidentally came to see me off while I was hailing a cab( God knows where I was going), and they sat with me in the taxi and told the driver to go to another airport when clearly I had to go the other way. We squabbled over that, and I called up my mom to bitch to her about it later.

I've been experiencing some minor pain in my thumb for the past few days, and it comes from putting too much pressure on pens while I draw. This ache intensifies when I start drawing and gets worse if I keep at it for many hours.
I don't know how to take care of this, perhaps some exercise, cuz now that I read of that illustrators arm, its got me all sorts of worked up.
Perhaps I should start typing words on screen, more than writing them down too. Ugh.
